3. Quotes and Payments

• Quotes provided are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.

• Full payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders canceled within 24 hours may be eligible for a full refund.

• Custom-made products and services are non-refundable once production begins.

• In the event of a cancellation after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on progress and material costs.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and preferences.

• Granting timely access to the site for installation or consultation.

• Reviewing and approving design mockups before final execution.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content produced by Modern Home remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed. You may not reproduce or use them without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Modern Home is not liable for:

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier issues, weather).

• Minor color or material variations in custom items.

• Damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance after installation.
