1. Custom Orders
Most of our products and services—including sofa upholstery, curtains, and interior design solutions—are custom-made and tailored to individual customer requirements.
As such, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started or services have been initiated.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of order confirmation may be eligible for a full refund.
After 24 hours, refunds will be assessed based on how much of the work has been completed and materials already used.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos and a description of the issue.
We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund as appropriate.

Interior design services These items are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.
5. Refund Process
If approved, refunds will be processed:
To the original method of payment
Within 7–10 business days
