1. Custom Orders

Most of our products and services—including sofa upholstery, curtains, and interior design solutions—are custom-made and tailored to individual customer requirements.

As such, custom orders are non-refundable once production has started or services have been initiated.

2. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of order confirmation may be eligible for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, refunds will be assessed based on how much of the work has been completed and materials already used.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will evaluate the claim and offer a replacement, repair, or partial refund as appropriate.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom upholstery

  • Tailored curtains

  • Interior design services These items are not eligible for return due to their personalized nature.

5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be processed:

  • To the original method of payment

  • Within 7–10 business days

  • You will be notified once your refund has been issued
